Basement Family Room updated winter 2015. Walls insulated and textured, outlets added. The white pine plank wall was added behind the tv. New carpet, and new L shaped counter top desk built with cupboards overhead (this is behind the couch in the picture).
Fire place works well, and produces comfortable heat. The white cupboard across from the fireplace is a wood box which can be filled from the outside and accessed from the inside to stoke the fire.
Boys bedroom closets
Another view of the boys spacious bedroom. An egress window was added, not pictured.
Storage room next to basement family room
A second storage/hobby room located just off the bottom of the stairs.
Shelves and organizers for winter clothes were added to this room in 2015.
