Garage and Backyard

2 car garage, one side is for a smaller car.  As you can see, we use this side for storage.

Patio updated last fall with pergola, firepit, and benches

 Chicken coop can stay with house if interested. If not, we will move it to our new place.

 Shed is a few years old.  Dog run behind it, shelter for firewood on the side.  Fruit in this yard includes: a young peach tree (pictured), blueberries (very healthy), raspberries (not so healthy), strawberries boxed in (healthy), as well as an apple tree which produces greenish/yellow tasty apples. 3 large compost bins behind the peach tree.

 Play set is new as of last summer.

 Large, fenced garden.

 The entire back yard is enclosed, making it a great place for kids to play.  Many trees.

 Outside the fence on the patio is a spot to park an RV.

Main Bathroom (upstairs) and Upstairs Bedrooms

This is a full bathroom, plenty of counter space.

Nursery

Basement Family Room, Bedroom, and Storage

 Basement Family Room updated winter 2015.  Walls insulated and textured, outlets added.  The white pine plank wall was added behind the tv.  New carpet, and new L shaped counter top desk built with cupboards overhead (this is behind the couch in the picture).

Fire place works well, and produces comfortable heat.  The white cupboard across from the fireplace is a wood box which can be filled from the outside and accessed from the inside to stoke the fire.

Boys bedroom closets

 Storage room next to basement family room

 A second storage/hobby room located just off the bottom of the stairs.

 Shelves and organizers for winter clothes were added to this room in 2015.

Laundry Room, Small Bathroom

 The laundry room is right to the side of the kitchen.  The doorway pictured opens out into the garage.  On the side of the laundry room is a "man-cave" bathroom as pictured below with a toilet and a shower.

Kitchen

When you enter our home, you have the dining room and kitchen on your right and the living room on your left.

 This is a galley style kitchen.  The cabinets, countertops, tile floor, over the range microwave, and oven were updated in 2011

The appliance garage is a nice convenience

Hard to see in these pictures is a pull out garbage-it is in a cabinet to the R of the dishwasher.  It houses two tall garbage cans.  The sink features a garbage disposal which works well.

 Welcome to this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in a friendly neighborhood in Rupert, ID.  We are just a few blocks from Rupert Elementary school.  Our home sits on a half acre lot with lots of trees.
